Nettles Frittata

Spring is now here, time for Nettle everything. This was our Sunday Brunch this week. Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 small potatoes, sliced ½ cup of artichoke Hearts 2 cup steamed Nettles 2 tablespoons sliced green onions 1 teaspoon crushed garlic salt and pepper to taste 6 eggs 1/3 cup milk 1/2 cup shredded
